Mr. Garfield held a number of executive-level legal and business development positions in different Guidant operating companies. Following Guidant’s acquisition by Boston Scientific, Greg joined Acclarent, Inc. where he served initially as Vice President of Corporate Development, and then as Chief Operating Officer through the acquisition and integration of Acclarent by Ethicon, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. Greg currently serves as a Senior Managing Director at KCK Group.

Benjamin Wu
Board member, Chief Scientific Officer, Chief Operating Officer at ADA Forsyth
Dr. Wu is an accomplished prosthodontist and Ph.D. scholar. He currently serves as Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the American Dental Association (ADA) Forsyth. Prior to that, he served as Chair of the UCLA Division of Advanced Prosthodontics, Chair of Biomaterials Science, and Executive Director of the UCLA Innovative Digital Dentistry Systems. Dr. Wu received his Ph.D. in Engineering from MIT and completed advanced prosthodontics training at Harvard University

Veronika Jedlicka, VP Operations / GM Smileloc Centers

Ms. Jedlicka has more than 18 years of experience in the medical device industry, including at Tyco Electronics and Benvenue. She joined RODO Medical in August 2017 and has held various management roles in sales and marketing, customer relations, new product launches, and operations. Ms. Jedlicka currently oversees operations of the Smileloc Centers. She holds a Registered Nursing degree.
John Choe, VP Finance

Mr. Choe has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations across manufacturing and technology companies in Silicon Valley. Throughout his career, he has advised startup companies on post-acquisition transactional structuring and corporate and tax strategies for multi-entity corporations. He has also overseen enterprise system integrations that consolidated financial, operational, and manufacturing data into a unified decision-making framework. Mr. Choe previously worked at Arthur Andersen as a senior tax associate. He is currently licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant and as a Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Gibbs focuses on business strategy and business development in DSO (Dental Service Organization) for Smileloc Centers in the U.S.

Dr. Perry Brooks, VP Smileloc OMS

Dr. Brooks is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 26 years of extensive training and experience in facial reconstruction, treatment of facial trauma, and facial cosmetic procedures. He attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating in 1990. He then completed an externship, internship, and residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Brooks served as Chief Resident in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 1994 to 1995 before returning to Oklahoma, where he has maintained a private practice ever since.

Dr. Ross is a prosthodontist with more than 18 years of clinical expertise, with a specific focus on all aspects of full-arch (All-on-X) restorative procedures. He lectures nationally and internationally, with emphasis on education, hands-on clinical training, laboratory processes, and clinical workflows. To date, he has restored more than 6,500 arches while working with clinicians and surgeons across the U.S. In 2016, he founded OnXX Digital, the manufacturer of the ProXXi guided system, in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Ross also served as the first prosthodontist at the ClearChoice Center in Dallas, Texas. He received his D.D.S. and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2004 and 2007, respectively.

Dr. Kumar C. Shah is a professor and board-certified maxillofacial prosthodontist at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the Academy of Prosthodontics, the American College of Prosthodontists, and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Dr. Shah is co-editor of a textbook on dental implant therapy (first released in 2015, with a second edition in 2022) and serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He conducted FDA clinical trials at UCLA for RODO Medical, resulting in successful 510(k) clearances based on long-term clinical studies, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles on Smileloc and Smilekey. In addition to his dental specialty training, Dr. Shah holds an MBA focused on strategic M&A, practice management, and the implementation of innovations for exceptional patient experiences. He is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through evidence-based dentistry, advanced technology, and strategic corporate transactions.
Dr. Christopher J. Devine, VP Regulatory

Dr. Devine has more than 40 years of combined experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, including more than a decade overseeing RODO Medical's regulatory and quality system compliance. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Dr. Devine received his doctorate from North Central University, with his doctoral dissertation entitled “Exploring the Effectiveness of Defensive-Receiving Inspection for Medical Device Manufacturers: A Mixed-Method Study.” Prior to launching his commercial career, Dr. Devine served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Han has been an intellectual patent attorney for RODO Medical since its inception. His practice focuses primarily on patent strategy and creating patent portfolios for companies, with extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property, including due diligence, licensing transactions, trade secret protection, patent drafting and prosecution, and drafting patent opinions and agreements. His technical expertise spans medical devices, mechanical, and electro-mechanical technologies. Previously General Counsel at USGI Medical, Inc., an attorney with Morrison & Foerster LLP, and a patent agent with Skjerven Morrill MacPherson Franklin & Friel LLP, Mr. Han holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University; prior to law school he worked as a senior mechanical engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space Division, and he is licensed to practice in California and Washington, D.C., and registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
